He has contributed to successfully raising capital for domestic and international funds, including feeder funds in Mauritius, while leading the IR function at a PE/VC Fund. He also has expertise in regulatory/investor compliances. Kapil has completed a post-graduation in Securities Markets from the National Institute of Securities Markets.
