Complementing this is our CoE – a collective of in-house operators, panel of consultants, ecosystem partners, advisors and talent connectors. Our portfolio engagement evolves by stage: at the early stage, we build ESG awareness and compliance hygiene through diagnostics and playbooks; at the growth stage, we integrate circular packaging, responsible sourcing, and sustainability-led differentiation into business strategy; and at the scale stage, we drive leadership through initiatives such as plastic neutrality, carbon tracking, and circular design systems.
